# Multi-language program scope sheet Use this before quote requests so every vendor is answering the same job. Send the completed version to Dynamic Dialects when the brief is ready. ## Program Name the program, buyer team, owner, and reason the work is moving now. Example: public-health release, legal discovery set, patient-education library, LSP overflow batch. ## Languages and status List each language or pair. Mark one status per line: - Active bench confirmed - Vetted network needed - On-request sourcing needed - Unknown Add dialect, script, or region notes when they matter. ## Source files and volume Name files, formats, and volume. Example: 85,000 source words in DOCX and PDF, 14 videos, 30 minutes each, or 12,000 audio clips. ## Deadline or cadence Name the final date and any rolling delivery cadence. Example: weekly batches, first five languages in 21 days, remaining languages after sourcing lock. ## Compliance constraints Name NDA timing, privacy constraints, regulated content, and required documentation. ## QA evidence needed Choose what the buyer needs after delivery: - QA log - Edit history - Glossary delta - Compliance summary - Reviewer signoff ## Reviewer owner Name the person who can answer questions and approve terminology. ## Open questions before quote Write the unknowns that should be answered before any vendor prices the job.
