1. Conformance status
The site is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Automated Lighthouse audits across key page types (home, service, language, contact) score 97+ on the accessibility dimension. This is a self-assessment; no third-party audit has been commissioned.
2. How we support accessibility
- Keyboard-navigable interface with visible focus indicators.
- Semantic HTML structure with landmarks, headings, and ARIA labels where needed.
- Sufficient color contrast: body text meets WCAG AA (4.5:1), large text meets AAA (7:1).
- Skip-to-content link on every page.
- Form labels, error states, and help text for all interactive fields.
- Reduced-motion support: animations disabled when prefers-reduced-motion is active.
- Self-hosted fonts to avoid third-party render blocking.
- Documented quality checks before every deploy.
3. Known limitations
Some complex data visualizations, interactive tables, or third-party embedded content may not fully meet WCAG AAA. We review and remediate reported issues on a rolling basis.
4. Feedback and reporting
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email info@dynamicdialects.com with "Accessibility" in the subject. Include the page URL, the issue, and the assistive technology or browser you are using. We aim to respond within 10 working days and to resolve confirmed issues in the next deploy cycle.
5. Assessment method
Automated testing via Lighthouse and manual keyboard-only navigation review. No formal third-party audit is currently on record.
