1. Information we collect

Through the contact form and inquiry emails, we collect: name, email address, organization name, role, phone (optional), and any project details you choose to submit. Through analytics (when enabled): IP address, user agent, page-view timestamps, referrer.

2. How we use information

We use submitted information only to respond to your inquiry, review a potential engagement, and follow up on conversations you initiate. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

For EEA data subjects, inquiry data is handled under legitimate interest. That means responding to your business inquiry. Analytics rely on consent where applicable law requires it. See our GDPR notes for EU-specific rights.

4. How we protect information

Inquiry data is stored in access-controlled systems. File access, transfer method, retention, and reviewer visibility are planned before sensitive client files move. The site uses TLS encryption in transit.

5. Data retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact, after which it is deleted unless we have a contractual or legal obligation to retain it longer. You may request earlier deletion by emailing info@dynamicdialects.com.

6. Sharing

We do not share inquiry data outside Dynamic Dialects except with: (a) service providers under contract (email delivery, hosting), each bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms; (b) regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where legally required.

The third-party processors and services that may handle technical or inquiry data include:

  • Hostinger — website hosting and content delivery.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions.
  • Google Fonts — web-font delivery; loading a page transmits the visitor's IP address to Google.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — form bot-protection, where enabled.
  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregate site analytics, where enabled and subject to consent in regions that require it.

7. Cookies

The site uses functional cookies required for security and accessibility. Analytics cookies (if enabled) are deployed only with consent where required. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are deployed.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, and object to processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email info@dynamicdialects.com. We respond within 30 calendar days.

9. Changes to this policy

Material changes are posted with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after posting indicates acceptance.
