By accessing this site you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version.
2. Use of the site
Site content is provided for informational purposes. You may use the site for legitimate business inquiry, prospecting, and buying diligence. You may not scrape content for automated republication, bypass security controls, or transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
3. Intellectual property

4. Inquiries and pre-engagement communications
Information you submit through the contact form is used only to review a potential engagement. Pre-engagement communications do not create a binding service relationship. A service engagement is created only by a signed MSA or SOW.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
