Source and target languages. For rare or regional pairs, note the region or dialect if known. DD confirms availability before work is committed.
Volume and format
Word count, hour count, file count, episode count — whichever applies. File format: DOCX, SRT, MP4, JSON, or other.
Deadline or session date
Target delivery date or session window. If the timeline is fixed, note it. If flexible, include any staged delivery requirements.
